Terms & Conditions:
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, location, and number of shipments in the order. Larger items such as cabinets and workbenches, are shipped via freight truck lines and may require pick up by the customer at a local freight terminal or coordination to allow receipt at the customers residence. Please note that the actual shipping cost on your invoice may not reflect the true shipping cost of the product. The actual shipping cost is typically higher than charged. We ship most products by UPS ground, Fedex ground, or Freight. No shipping to areas outside of the United States without approval and coordination by GSCS. Please inspect the delivered merchandise immediately upon receipt before signing the shipping release. In the unlikely event that an item is not in good condition, please refuse the package from the shipping company and email us, at firstname.lastname@example.org for replacement or repair information. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt if a product is damaged, defective or has missing parts. After 48 hours we are not responsible for defective or damaged products. We require proof of damage to process a damage claim with the shipping company in the form of digital photographs which can be emailed to email@example.com.
Payments for all orders must be received in full before they will be processed. Custom orders are non-refundable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please note if you request an alternate shipping address different than the billing address, your bank may require the shipping address be on file with your issuing bank. The charge may be declined if the address is not on file with the bank. Please contact your issuing bank to have them put on file your alternate address and try the order again.
Orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing your order without a cancellation fee. After 60 minutes all cancelled orders will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in the packaging/shipping process, and will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Back orders can be cancelled without penalty unless they have shipped.
Refunds and Returns
All defective returns are for an exchange only and must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. Exchanges for defective returns will be given after the defect is verified by the factory. For non-defective returns, refunds for items that are unopened will be given after receipt at the factory and verified that the product is factory sealed. A restocking fee of 30% plus the actual shipping cost will be applied to all non-defective returns. No returns on custom items. All refused shipments will be assessed a 30% restock fee plus shipping costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the factory. We recommend that you use UPS or FedEx insured for return shipments. Please insure the shipment for the full amount of your purchase. Please verify the proper return address. Do not return merchandise to address above, as this is not the manufacturing facility or warehouse. You must furnish a tracking number for a proof of shipment for all returns.
